Processing:

1. De-dusting: remove the sand and dust
2. Washing: the raw material are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleand with water for at least one hour, hydrated for one hour. 
3. Airing & drying: dried in drying machine at temperature 120°C for 30 minutes, the purpose isto degrease, deodorize, disinfect and sterilize, this process listed to guarantee our products are anti-microbial,hypoallergenic and with high cleanliness.
4. Cooling: cooling for 60 minutes, this step also can de-dust.
5. Inspection:to promise our product duck goose is up to the standard.
6. Our produced feather&down has the character of high filling power,high cleanliness, great warmth and it is hypoallergenic and no odor.

We have our own factory, owning to 4 sets of washing and sorting equipment and 400 sets of high speed sewing machines, our capacity is up to 50 containers per month.
